Informatie aan cliënten voor behandeling in 2022 (NL, ENG, ESP, POR).

Betreft: Informatie aan cliënten over vergoedingen GGZ 2022.

De contracten tussen Adagio en de zorgverzekeraars voor 2022 zijn definitief. Adagio sluit contracten af per label en in de contracten vallen dus alle verzekeringen die onder dat label vallen. In dit overzicht vindt u informatie over de indeling van de verzekeraars.

Bijvoorbeeld; Adagio heeft een contract met ASR. Onder dit contract vallen dus de verzekeringen van asr en Ditzo. ​

Adagio heeft met alle labels contracten afgesloten voor 2022. Er zijn echter wel een aantal labels waar wij contracten mee hebben afgesloten met een beperking in het aantal sessies, of met een (zeer beperkt) budgetplafond. ​Dit gaat om de labels van Menzis, CZ en VGZ. Voor ALLE andere labels leiden de budgetten en afspraken niet voor beperkingen in de behandelmogelijkheden.  

Bent u bij 1 van deze verzekeraars verzekerd (Menzis, CZ of VGZ), dan kan het zijn dat dit gevolgen heeft voor uw behandeling in 2022. Het kan in sommige situaties ook nodig zijn om eerst een machtiging aan te vragen bij uw zorgverzekeraar om te kunnen starten met een behandeling of uw huidige behandeling in dezelfde vorm voort te kunnen zetten. ​Het is niet zeker of dit altijd lukt. 

Bent u verzekerd bij Menzis, CZ  of VGZ (of 1 van de verzekeraars die onder dit label vallen)?​ Bij deze labels leidt het beschikbare budget en de aanvullende afspraken tot de volgende  beperkingen voor behandeling: ​ 

  • Wij kunnen u maximaal 20 individuele sessies aanbieden (de behandeling kan  deels worden ingevuld met ondersteuning van aanvullende E-health modules).   
  • Geen langdurige individuele psychotherapie mogelijk​ 

CZ/Menzis: 

  • Geen instroom van nieuwe cliënten van CZ en Menzis in de behandelgroepen (cliënten die momenteel in een groep deelnemen, kunnen dit uiteraard voortzetten) ​ 

VGZ: 

  • U kunt WEL instromen in een groepsbehandeling. ​ 

Note: Mocht u bij aanmelding/intake al weten dat u niet genoeg heeft aan 20 sessies in het kalenderjaar, of graag willen instromen in een groep; dan kunt u een machtiging aanvragen bij uw verzekeraar voor behandeling buiten het budget.​​

The contracts between Adagio and the health insurers for 2022 are final. Adagio signed contracts per label and the contracts therefore include all insurances that fall under that label. This overview provides information on the group classification of the insurers.

For example, Adagio has a contract with ASR. This contract therefore covers the insurances of asr and Ditzo. Adagio has contracts with all labels for 2022. However, there are a number of labels with whom we have concluded contracts with a limitation in the number of sessions, or with a (very limited) budget ceiling. This concerns the labels of Menzis, CZ and VGZ. For

ALL other labels the budgets and agreements do not result in restrictions in the treatment options.

Are you insured with 1 of these insurers (Menzis, CZ or VGZ), then it may be that this has consequences for your treatment in 2022. In some situations, it may also be necessary to first apply for an authorization from your health insurer in order to be able to start a treatment or to continue your current treatment in the same form. There is no guaranty that will be always possible.

Are you insured with CZ, Menzis or VGZ (or 1 of the insurers under this label)?

With these labels the available budget and additional agreements lead to the following limitations on treatment:

  • We can offer you a maximum of 20 individual sessions (the treatment can be partially completed with the support of additional Ehealth modules).
  • No long-term individual psychotherapy possible

CZ/Menzis:

  • No intake of new clients from CZ and Menzis in the treatment groups (clients who are currently participating in a group can, of course, continue to do so).

VGZ:

  • You WILL be able to enroll in a group treatment.

Note: If you already know at registration/intake that 20 sessions in the calendar year is not enough for you, or if you would like to join a group, then you can request an authorization from your insurer for treatment outside the budget.

Los contratos entre Adagio y las aseguradoras de salud para 2022 son definitivos. Adagio cierra contratos por grupo asegurador (sello) y, por tanto, los contratos incluyen todas las marcas de seguros que corresponden a cada grupo.

Por ejemplo: Adagio tiene un contrato con el sello ASR. Por tanto, este contrato incluye los seguros de a.s.r. y Ditzo.

Adagio ha suscrito contratos con todos los sellos hasta 2022. Sin embargo, hay una serie de sellos con los que hemos cerrado contratos con una limitación en el número de sesiones, o con un límite presupuestario muy limitado. Se trata de los sellos Menzis, CZ y VGZ. Para el resto de sellos, los presupuestos y acuerdos no limitan las opciones de tratamiento.

Si su seguro cae bajo una de estas aseguradoras (Menzis, CZ o VGZ), es posible que esto tenga consecuencias para su tratamiento en 2022, como por ejemplo la limitación de un número máximo de sesiones. Además, en algunas circunstancias puede ser necesario solicitar primero la autorización de su aseguradora de salud para poder iniciar un tratamiento o continuar con el actual de la misma forma. No es seguro que esto sea siempre posible.

¿Está usted asegurado/a en CZ, Menzis o VGZ, o en una de las aseguradoras bajo estos sellos? En ese caso, lea atentamente esta información.

El presupuesto disponible y las condiciones del contrato que tiene Adagio con estas compañías conducen a las siguientes restricciones para el tratamiento:

  • Podemos ofrecerle un máximo de 20 sesiones individuales (el tratamiento puede completarse parcialmente con el apoyo de módulos complementarios de E-health online).
  • No es posible la psicoterapia individual a largo plazo

CZ/Menzis:

  • No pueden incorporarse nuevos clientes asegurados en de CZ y Menzis a los grupos de tratamiento (los clientes que actualmente participan en un grupo pueden, por supuesto, seguir haciéndolo).

VGZ:

  • Sí pueden incorporarse clientes de VGZ a un tratamiento de grupo.

Os contratos entre a Adagio e as seguradoras de saúde para 2022 foram definidos. Adagio fecha contratos por grupos de planos de saúde (label) e os contratos, portanto, incluem todos os seguros que fazem parte dessa label.

Neste link, você encontrará informações sobre os grupos das seguradoras.

Por exemplo, Adagio tem contrato com a label ASR. Os seguros ASR e Ditzo são, portanto, cobertos por este contrato.

A Adagio assinou contratos com todas as seguradoras para 2022. No entanto, existem alguns grupos com os quais temos contratos com limitação no número de sessões, ou com um teto orçamentário muito limitado. Isso diz respeito aos grupos da Menzis, CZ e VGZ. Para TODOS os outros grupos, não há limitação de orçamentos e acordos nas opções de tratamento.

Se você estiver segurado por uma dessas seguradoras (Menzis, CZ ou VGZ), é possível que isso afetará o seu tratamento em 2022. Em algumas situações, também pode ser necessário primeiro solicitar uma autorização de sua seguradora de saúde para poder começar com um tratamento ou continuar o tratamento atual da mesma forma. Não há garantia de que isso sempre funcionará.

Você está segurado pela CZ, Menzis ou VGZ (ou uma das seguradoras cobertas por estes grupos)? Com esses grupos, o orçamento disponível e os acordos adicionais levam a as seguintes limitações para o tratamento:

  • Podemos oferecer até 20 sessões individuais (o tratamento pode ser parcialmente concluído com o suporte de módulos Ehealth adicionais).
  • Não será possível psicoterapia individual de longo prazo

CZ / Menzis:

  • Novos clientes CZ e Menzis não serão admitidos nas terapias em grupo (clientes que atualmente participam de um grupo podem, é claro, prosseguir com o tratamento)

VGZ:

  • Você pode iniciar um terapia em grupo.

Nota: Se você já sabe no momento da inscrição / intake que essas 20 sessões em um ano não serão suficientes, ou gostaria de ingressar em uma terapia em grupo, você pode tentar solicitar uma autorização de sua seguradora para o tratamento fora do orçamento.
