The given waiting periods are just an indication. Depending on the availability of our therapists the exact times can vary per language, indicated type of care and type of problem presented. It is therefore possible that the waiting time deviates from the indications mentioned above.
Due to special circumstances such as your specific (expected) diagnosis or your specific health insurance company, waiting times can be longer than indicated. In this case you can contact your insurance company and ask for ‘waiting list mediation’. Your insurance company is then obligated to find you another psychologist that is able to treat you within the legally binding maximum waiting time.
*Please note: Waiting times start counting from the moment your medical record is completed including the letter of reference, your screening by telephone has taken place and the registration team have confirmed the placed you on the waiting list.
